Keys of Life
Life House is a tech-driven hospitality group focused on providing localized experiences. Each hotel is designed to reflect the culture of the neighborhood it sits in. Life House has an app that allows guests to access their rooms using their phone.
The Problem:
The design and presentation of a hotel’s room keys are a part of the “hotel” experience as it symbolizes travel and a call to adventure. When Life House eliminated the physical key, the room key experience left with it.
The Solution:
Re-interpret the digital room key concept to bring back the room key experience using Life House’s ethos. Make each key evocative of the hotel and local culture, so they are as unique as the hotels themselves.
The User:
25-35 year old modern, high-earning professionals travelling for business and leisure.
